Martin J Ivie. Born 1825, Bedford County, Tennessee. Married Marion Jane Worthy, daughter of Joseph Worthy, Monroe county, MO, 1 April 1850, secondly, Lucy Harrison, 3 Mar 1857.

The 1850 US census shows Martin J and his wife living with Anderson Ivie in Monroe County, MO. He purchased a great many items at the estate sale after his mother's death in 1861. He may have migrated to Montague county, TX. A son ended up in Oklahoma close to the Texas border, and John Anderson Ivie and wife Anna Robertson went to Montague Co, TX and died there.
